Did I owe a quarterly tax payment?

For the first 3 quarters of 2008 I had a job where they took money out of my paycheck. Then in the last quarter, I had a job where all I got was a stipend in which taxes were not withheld. So, did I owe a quarterly payment for the stipend on Jan. 15 2009? If so, what should I do? Thanks!
