How much would my FRESHMAN YEAR GPA affect my future?

i have 1.2 gpa from freshman year, currently its a 3.6 at a 2 year school. If I transfer to a 4 yr school and get a 4.0 every semester from then on in biochemistry.. will my gpa be averaged to a measly 3.2? and does this diminish my chances of getting into med school?
