Help.....me..if he likes me?

This is how it started my friend tiffany wanted to get tyrone's number so they could talk. I ask him for his number,at end of the cl he asks me if i like him i tell him no?!!!Then he kept staring at me but he usually comes over to my table asking for food or something but he barely talks to me later.We make short eye contact but i always break it off.
