Don't democrats have to raise taxes?

Taxes will have to raised on a suitable basis. There are reasons why taxes have to be raised ......more so , to revive the economy and huge burden created by the Bush Administration . This tax burden wil mainly fall upon the upper strata.It's a pure economic logic, nothing else.
