Does Israel pay compensation when the IDF made a mistake?

if it did, palestineans and lebanese would be billionaires by now, just about everything the ashtrays do is a mistake, have they ever actually killed any enemies? it seems like all their targets are women and little kids, israel is so strong and mighty, they cant find their targets so they attack whatever they can, being families, innocent women, hospitals, nato shelters, whatever lol, its almost a disgrace for them, they trying to scare arab countries by doing this, and its kinda backfiring on them
