Alright I'm getting a tatoo......?

I'm a 16 year old girl taht surfs/skatesI want a rasta colored star I'm thinking on the back of my neck...my friend told me that's a dike thing and that's not how I roll :) So where or is that cool I know everyone is getting stars but mine would have extra meaning my name is latin for belonging to the stars=Sidra(pronounced SEADRA) What to do and how bad does it hurt :) ?Thanks in advance
