Can guys really sit on their testicles?

Today at school a guy at my table sat down rather quickly and promptly fell over and started writhing on the floor and sobbing it was so funny. Later he said he sat on his testicles and crushed them or something .Is this possible? If so that is a hilarious inconvenience.
