Evo Heads on a shovel motor?

I just purchased a custom bike and I have the basic knowledge of how they work and how to repair them. I am now being told by a fellow biker that there could be a big problem ahead. Meaning the evo heads on the shovel motor. The jugs have dual plugs, however only one side is being used. I plan on putting compression releases on due to the 11-1 compression it has. The lower end of the bike is built using STD cases and I was told it is a stroker at the time of purchase. It seems to run and operate good. I am wondering if there is anyone with knowledge of this. I am now concerned. Will it warp the Evo heads? Will it crack the Evo heads? Thanks for the input!
