A few basic college questions?

Alright, so I love math and want to become a high school math teacher, but I get mostly C's in math in high school. My overall GPA is around a 3.0 and I take several AP cles. My point is, I meet all the requirements for state schools like ASU and U of A or NAU, but would my C's in math stop me from becoming a math major?
