How can I help Tigers?

I am a 13 year old kid from the philippines and I am very environmental conscious. Now I am completely aware that tigers all around the world are near to extinction and they are highly endangered, many breeds of tigers have struggled for so long due to poaching and other cruel acts. Now I looked at yahoo and saw that tigers became even more less than I remember. Now, I am asking, I want to help the tigers but I don't know how I can. I am just 13, I can do limited things and I need and want to act now.
