I want to kiss my friend!!!!!!!!?

okay, so I have this friend .. we are really close .. we hang out a lot .. and whenever he is in any sorta trouble he comes to me for advice. Anywayz, he just broke up with his ex, and he sort of have feelings for this other girl ... they do talk a lot! Well i have been beside him the whole time, giving him condolences and stuff .. but recently I am feeling something towards him .... I am discovering I have a big huge crush on him ... and I sooo want to kiss him. God .. I want to kiss him :( But we dont touch each other, we dont hug, or hold hands. Plus he is into this other girl, even tho we hang out a lot. I know he likes me a lot .. but I am guessing .. he only thinks of me as a friend and nothing else. So what do I do? I cant stop this feeling .. whenver I am around him .. I just feel like grabe him and kiss him .. he is soo sweet! How do I do that without getting him mad at me? Please .. some advice?
