Outta control friend?

i have concern for my best friend.last year in year 7 she started wagging sometimes.but now were in year 8 she still wagged but she got into a punch up they ended up being friends and invited her to come hang with her and her friends.her friends are all rebels/troublemaker so she has became worse wagging drinking smoking more fights stealing and don't no what ele's she will do next she has been suspended twice already she has 2 more chances until she gets expelled.i have tried to tell her to stop but she said all i want to do is be bad and wag.please help she is outta control i don't want her getting expelled.
