Tooth problem and hurts to eat or talk?

ok so i have my K9 tooth on the right side the nerve or centers on it still and i have to talk with my mouth in a certain way to talk and i have to eat by tilting my head and saucy stuff drips all over my clothes so is there anyway to take it out or do i let it come out naturaly cause it hurts like hell
