Cleo Mod won't work for my computer GTA SA?

i download cleo mod for my laptop and like it use to work i downloaded every thing so then it like messed up my game so now i am tryying to figure out how come my cleo mod won't work for my gta sa no more and yes i have the version 2 gta sa but i downgraded to v.1 so yea i was just wondering how come its not working anymore like i said it use to work until i did something that messed up
