Whom would one contact to request reruns of old TV series?

There were a lot of good old shows, e.g., Spenser for Hire with Robert Urick, Stoney Burke with Jack Lord, Wagon Train with Ward Bond, Rawhide with Eric Fleming, etc. How about some of these shows now?
