Should I use reading gles after laser eye surgery?

Using a computer, reading books, and sitting too close to the TV can't affect your eyes. Those are old wives tales. Considering you just spent thousands of dollars on surgery, your doctor would be the one to talk to about reading gles. I can't see why you would need them if you...well...don't need them. You are supposed to feel your eyes readjusting when you look at close objects.
