In checking on insurance, they inform me I need to check with mortgage company, who tells me I can't lease/sublet or rent due to how papers were written up. I need to be "primary dweller" and house needs to be "owner occupied". Is there a legal way around this? What defines "primary dweller"? Help! Cat keeps attacking new kitten!?

I have a 7 month old neutered male-we have had him since he was about 8 weeks old. Since my husband and I work all day we decided to adopt a playmate for him - about 2 weeks ago we brought home a 3 month old female. When we got her from the shelter she had a pretty bad upper respiratory infection...for the first two days the only contact the two had was through a cage and my male would just hiss and growl at her. We took her to the vet for her infection and the vet told us since uri's are so contagious that we needed to isolate the new kitty completely til she got better-so we did. She is now all better so for the past 4 days we have been trying to introduce them - they are perfectly fine together as long as new kitty is in the cage (they will bat at each other a bit but it mostly seems playful) but as soon as we let her out of the cage the boy goes crazy attacking her! To the point that she starts crying and we have to pull them apart. She tries to fight back but since she is smaller than him she sometimes has a hard time. Sometimes she will try to run away and hide and other times she will just keep getting right back in his face and they start fighting again. I'm not really sure what to do because they seem to be used to each other's scent - I have done the exchange of blankets and my boy will knead and sleep on her blanket I just don't understand what the problem is. I've read all the articles about cats being territorial and all but I just find it strange that he only gets upset when she isn't in the cage. Is there any hope for my two babies? I want them to get along so much and I'm getting really stressed out about it. Oh and if I put her back in the bedroom after he gets too rough he will walk around and meow very loudly looking all over the place for her..I just don't get it. I'd really appreciate advice from someone who might have gone through a similar situation so I know if they will ever get along or at this point I would be happy with them just tolerating each other so the new baby doesn't have to be locked up in the bedroom or in a cage all the time.

Hi, the game will not let me build the Maniosn Bungalow in the Volcano Overlook area (although I have all the materials and it is highlighted as available). It's a great location and one of the few with enough room for it. When I went to the second island in the Plains area ... it allowed me it to build there, but I don't want it there. Any thoughts? My pastry dough does'nt look like it's supposed to.. i think i did something wrong?

im trying to make cream cheese spirals(for the first time) and the directions said to cream the cheese , er and sugar, then mix in the flour.. then roll out, shape and add the filling.. so while the cheese er and suger were mixing in the electric mixer, i slowly added the sifted flour.. but now it doesnt look like a dough :S.. the mixture is soft and squishy not firm and rubbery.. an it cant roll because its not together.. i followed every thing.. unless proberbly i was supposed to knead in the flour .. i even put the mixture in the fridge but its still the same.. and its breaking..not dughy like its supposed to be.. what should do? .. please hellp.. :(.. thanks

In fact, a psychology degree is most likely to earn u more. All those careers are not necessarily as fun as u may think and require a lot of paperwork. Increasing Blackouts?

I'm 15, and I was at a pool with my mother yesterday; Commonly my blackouts are only my vision fading and my eyes hurt, nothing too extreme, but yesterday I felt myself swaying like I was going to fall over..Today when I woke up and got up, I had such an extreme blackout I had to grab onto my dresser and I was keeling over like I was going to fall, it lasted a little longer than they usually do. Then I went to laydown on my couch in my living room, and -again- I got hit with a bad blackout, I know it could be from getting up too fast and such.. but there has to be some medical reason behind it, I've never had a blackout two days in a row.

Buying a barrel horse?

First off, you should know that no matter how far away a horse is or isn't...never ever buy him without seeing him in person. You never know if your getting some crazy lame horse that has never had a day of training in his life! Also, it's hard to say if your price value is good or not. I think you can get yourself a pretty good barrel horse with that amount, but if you want to run in the NBHA 2-D and 3-D barrels, I wouldn't buy one that was much less either. Another option would be buying a 2 or 3 year old that is green and spending the money to have him basic trained and barrel trained. Changing cylinder Gasket.?

Like the two other guys stated, check to make sure that the cylinder and the case where the cylinder mounts to isn't warped. Also, your head gasket may not be the only problem; it could be that your cylinder has a crack in the sleeve, or the head bolts got overtorqued, which would ruin the gasket. First off, you need to find another mechanic to take your bike to, the mechanic you used before obviously is a dope. Have all of the above-mentioned items checked, and also the cylinder head as well. Replace the head and cylinder hardware when you go to put it all back together. When the top end does go back together, the bolts need to be torqued properly and in the proper sequence. Good luck.

Going on holidays! what to do with my cat? its summer here!?

I have had very adaptable cats that I took on holidays with me, but obviously that's not always practical. If you can't get a neighbour or a friend to come and feed it then cat boarding is ok. I have used the local animal shelter boarding service and they really looked after my cat. Only problem was that my cat got stressed with the new environment and didn't pee for a couple of days. Can my contractor put a lien on my house after walking out in Texas?

I know I'm going to be scolded for not having a signed contract so please I need to move on from where I am. I hired this guy to do the repairs on my home from hurricane Ike. The terms were the norm; 1/3 down for materials and such, 1/3 halfway, 1/3 upon completion. Right off I gave him 5k and he started with the roof. He found more problems as he got further and we agreed that I would provide the materials since it was only a few sheets of decking. Then he began asking for draws to pay his labor, or more materials, etc. which I did for him. When he did my siding the material cost was twice what the original bid was and I had no choice but to buy the materials since he once again claimed to have no funds. I learned later that he over-lapped the siding way too much which is why my cost went up. To keep this as short as possible let me just say that I finally got to the point of not having enough $ from my insurance co. at the rate he was asking so the last time he asked for a draw I refused until we could sit down and go over all the numbers. He started on several of the projects but didn't finish not one. He left and never came back. I had to hire someone else to finish and took lots of pics when the new contractor discovered his errors. It appears as if he claimed to know how to do all the things he quoted me on when in reality he did not. He made such a mess of my home it was barely liveable. He had no respect for what little was not damaged and carelessly did things like walking on my new wood floor with mortar on his feet, he broke several things, on and on and on. I had to purchase most of his equipment bc he said that he had gotten out of the business and was planning on starting up again so the stuff I bought could come out of his pay. When he left without finishing, I kept the equipment bc he cost me way more than I should have paid. Now, he sent me a text and is threatening to put a lien on my house. How will I know if he does this? How can I protect myself from him doing this? This has been going on for so long, its still not completely done and the money is gone. I just want to move on but I am concerned since I have never been through anything like this. Please help

I was looking for some books in my trunk and I put the key down and left it there and I shut the trunk. I have a BMW 330Ci 2002. The Locksmith says he can open the car but he can't open the trunk. How to make my drums sound better?

I've had my drum kit for awhile and I 've been tweaking them occasionally. After listening to Papa Roach's drums in ".....To Be Loved" in the Paramour Sessions album and I decided I want my drums to sound like that. I have a few problems though. My snare sounds decent but I want it to sound like the snare in ...To Be loved. Also my toms have major overtones and they can get quite annoying. Is there anyway I can dull out these overtones to make them sound like the toms from the song? I own a Pearl Forum 5 piece set and I'm using the original toms and b drum (Switched out the snare for a better one). I have put 2 ply Remos on the toms but I still can't get rid of that ringing afterwards. Also, I added on a DW Steel Piccolo Tom, but it is a tough transition in tones from that tom to my next tom from the Forum set. I believe the piccolo tom is either 8 or 10". Please help me!

Keep it i would say but make it specific to a character's voice. The reason why we know the popular lexicon or slang from the past is because some of the best writers were using it in the dialogue of their novels. I like a weird girl?

I really like this girl who seems strange to me.... She's really into Japanese cartoons, she's extremely shy, and even works in an anime store. She's incredibly enveloped in her favorite characters from the shows and seems severely unattached to society. Lately I've started watching Bleach and Naruto that she recommends so we have more to talk about. I've even bought anime t-shirts from her and wear them to work. Evo Heads on a shovel motor?

I just purchased a custom bike and I have the basic knowledge of how they work and how to repair them. I am now being told by a fellow biker that there could be a big problem ahead. Meaning the evo heads on the shovel motor. The jugs have dual plugs, however only one side is being used. I plan on putting compression releases on due to the 11-1 compression it has. The lower end of the bike is built using STD cases and I was told it is a stroker at the time of purchase. It seems to run and operate good. I am wondering if there is anyone with knowledge of this. I hope nothing happens to NCIS, it is my favorite show ever!!! I will agree with you though, some of the more recent episodes haven't been as good as ones in the past. Maybe the writers are just having a block or something. I don't like Director Vance as much as I liked the last director though. He just doesn't seem as interesting. But anyway I think the ratings will probably stay the same because people who have been watching NCIS from season 1 will probably love every episode there is, no matter how good or bad it is. : )

Why don't you suggest that they can enter one of those television reality shows where the people compete to see who has the best wedding. There are tons of couples who have expensive weddings and end up divorced in a few years. Make it clear to them that you are happy with the generosity and resourcefulness of your family and friends who made your wedding a reality. Also remind them that at the end of the day it is the quality of the marriage that matters, not how fancy the wedding is and you already have a four-year head start on them here. It's clear that they don't understand this if they aren't even on their own yet. Don't let them get you down either, obviously these people are simple minded and mean spirited if they can only put down your happy day to make theirs seem better in comparison.

Recurring Face Infections :(?

My partner has had 5 infections of the face this year already, and feels like another is on the way. there is no conclusion as to exactly what these are. the dentist performed an extraction during this time as he found a hairline crack in this tooth. THis releived the pain on that side of his face and he had about 10 days respite before going swimming and two days later getting immense pain along his jaw and side of his face. The pain did end up in his teeth too but it did not start there. He has been on another course of antibiotics for tha infection and the pain was so bad that co-codamol was not working and the GP put him on Tramadol. he has woken up the past two days with the familiar "tight" feeling in the same sid of his face. There is flushing on the cheek where it feels uncomfortable. he is basically steeling himself for the arrival of more excruciating pain in the next couple of day and then the GP prescribing more antibiotics. we have no idea why this keeps happening!

What is the knocking in my 5.0 engine?

There is a knocking in my engine. It does not overheat nor run any differently, it is just really loud and annoying. I rear ended somebody a few weeks ago and had to have the frame pulled out and a new belt put on but the car still runs. The only difference I have noticed is I used to be able to spin my radiator fan with my hand but now it is completely immobile unless my engine is on and then it works normally. What is my possible problem and how much to fix?

Things that are powder don't need to go in the bag. Put the tweezers and anything sharp in your checked luggage. I know they say that stuff is okay in carry-on but I flew last month and they wouldn't let me put tweezers in carry-on. I had to re-pack in a hurry at security and go back to check the bag with the tweezers in it. What they let you take as carry-on is partly a judgement call by the security people and you can never be entirely sure what they'll allow and what they won't. Better safe than sorry. It's better than it was. They used to just confie anything they didn't want in your carry-on. Now, at least they give you a chance to check it in.

Why wouldn't a water soluable oil mix be better than the green stuff in the radiator?

It seems to me that if you live in a climate where freezing temperatures is not an issue, you only really need to address the problem of corrosion and I would have thought soluable oil would be far superior to the green stuff as a corrosion inhibitor, all the while allowing the cooling process.

Considering you just spent thousands of dollars on surgery, your doctor would be the one to talk to about reading gles. I can't see why you would need them if you...well...don't need them. I stressed my dwarf Gourami. How can I reduce stress?

My dwarf gourami had a stone stuck in its mouth for about 6 hours. I got panicked as the fish wouldn't even eat, I net him and got a pair of tweezers, I managed to get the stone out.
